The Holistic Mama Package is designed to help you feel fully empowered and ready for the birth you desire. You’ll receive a combination of fitness and nutrition guidance to help you stay strong, healthy, and energized, along with expert birth support to ensure you feel confident and prepared for every step of your journey. With this package, we’ll work together to honor your body’s needs, connect you to your intuition, and make sure you feel supported, not just physically but emotionally as well, as you approach your birth experience.

Here’s What’s Included:
Full Access to Blooming Confidence: A Comprehensive Physiologic Birth Education Course
12 modules with bite-sized video lessons covering essential topics like understanding labor stages, coping techniques, and decision-making.
Handouts, worksheets, and planning tools to help you reflect, prepare, and dive deeper into your birth journey.
This course is designed to empower you with everything you need to feel confident and prepared for your birth. By the time we meet for our prenatal visits, you’ll have a solid foundation in birth knowledge, allowing us to focus on your personal preferences, questions, and what matters most to you.
Prenatal Support
Two In-Person or Virtual Prenatal Visits (1.5-2 hours each)
These visits allow us to go over your intake forms, discuss your birth and infant care preferences, build your birth plan, and practice comfort measures tailored to your unique needs. We’ll also review key topics from the birth course to make sure you feel confident and supported in your decisions.One Partner Support Class (2 hours)
We’ll practice comfort measures and labor positions together, while your partner learns how to support you through each stage of labor. We’ll also cover how to handle different birth scenarios, so you both feel prepared and empowered.
Ongoing Support
Unlimited phone/email support during business hours from contract signing through 6 weeks postpartum- I’ll be available to answer any questions, offer advice, and provide emotional support as you navigate pregnancy and the postpartum period.
Digital Resources:
You’ll have access to helpful checklists, birth plan templates, and postpartum guides. Plus, you’ll receive a digital nutrition and wellness guide to support your overall health during pregnancy and recovery.On-Call Support for 4 Weeks (38-42 weeks)
Referral Resources:
If you need additional resources, I can connect you with trusted professionals such as chiropractors, lactation consultants, and more.
Labor and Birth Support
I’ll be with you for your labor and birth at your chosen location (home, birth center, or hospital). This includes:
Full labor support, including physical, emotional, and informational guidance.
Immediate postpartum support for up to 2 hours after birth, ensuring a smooth transition to postpartum and providing initial lactation support
Postpartum Support
One In-Person or Virtual Postpartum Visit (1 hour)
We’ll debrief your birth experience, discuss any questions or concerns, and ensure your transition to motherhood is going smoothly. I’ll provide emotional support and guidance during this critical time.
Nutrition and Fitness Support
You’ll receive nutrition guidance and fitness plans to help support your health throughout pregnancy, as well as monthly check ins to assess your progress and adjust your fitness and nutrition to meet your needs!
Nutrition Support
Trimester-specific guidance, including support for weight management and education on managing gestational diabetes
Fitness Guidance
Tailored workout plans that help you maintain strength and stamina during pregnancy, prepare your body for labor, and support postpartum recovery
